Have you ever had an angry parent, but a parent angry with you? I have personally dealt with this many times and as a future administrator, this is something that I will continue to experience. But what do you do? How do you diffuse the situation? How do you make the upset parent understand the teacher's point of view? How do you get parents to understand it is not always all of the schools fault?
