Students with special needs have increased over the years. It does not matter anymore if the site is early education, elementary or secondary, students who have an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) or an important population teachers serve on various campus sites. As an administrator, understanding or having a strong foundation of special education laws, goals, IEP's and student accommodations should be a requirement.

What happens if an administrator does not support special education staff on site?

Do administrators support general education and special education teachers equally? Or does there continue to be a disparity?
